Connection Church

After a twelve-hour trip, we arrived in Wilmington, North Carolina!

This morning we spent some time in the Word and we participated in relational story training to get prepared for all the outreach we will be doing in the community this week.

After a delicious cookout done so graciously by the church, we heard from Pastor Jackson and how he became a pastor. He also talked to us about the history of his church. We loved getting to hear about his journey and how the Lord has been so faithful.

Today we served at First Fruit ministries and helped clean a house. We had fun learning about the facility and future projects!

Today our team split up to assist in as many areas as possible. Eight of us drove to Facts of Life in Tabor City, NC. We helped Pastor Daisy organize the food pantry for tomorrow's distribution! 

This morning we had the opportunity to help Pastor Daisy at the food distribution center in Tabor City. We were able to bless the community big time, as well as Pastor Daisy since she was not able to have many volunteers on-hand this week. 

Today we visited North Myrtle Beach! It was great to spend some time with each other and enjoy the sunshine of South Carolina!

This morning our team headed back to Florida. Our time in North Carolina was encouraging and uplifting. Thankful for our new brothers and sisters in Christ!
