We are so excited to be the first PPM trip in western Kentucky! What a blessing it is to be here!!  Looking forward to seeing what God is going to do in and through this this week!

Mr. Phil shared with us tonight! What a blessing! He challenged us to search for what God's plan for our lives might be and allow ourselves to define it through the Holy Spirit!!

Today we partnered with Mercy Chefs, a ministry that provides meals for disaster recovery incidents. We helped prep and cook food, plated meals for delivery, assisted the chefs, washed dishes, and various other ministry jobs.

One of the many ministry projects we helped with was in the rural area of Water Valley, KY. We cleaned out 2 storage buildings and picked up debris. The house at this site is being renovated for a single mom and her 2 daughters. This family lost their home in the December tornado. They will be able to live in the house rent-free for a year!

Today, we began building 10 bunk beds for our partnering church.  These beds will help the church host future teams that will also help people in Mayfield!
