The team from Discovery Church has safely arrived at Turn Church in Tulsa, OK, and is excited for a great week of ministry!

Today the team started the week of ministry by getting to work on reorganizing Turn Church’s clothing closet.
This project will be going on for the next couple of days as we help the clothing closet get prepped for summer.
It is great to serve in this capacity, as we know that these clothes will be a blessing to so many!

Everyone worked really hard today and we accomplished a lot. The clothes closet is getting organized, the church corridor is getting a fresh coat of paint, the new laundry room drywall is hung and we’ve started with the mudding & taping. Wow! It's amazing how much we’ve accomplished!

We continued to work on our clothes closet by organizing, painting, and laundry room projects during the day.
In the evening we were able to join Turn Church in their “Let’s Talk” book study.
Later in the evening, we were blessed by Pastor Larry from Tulsa Indian Church. Pastor Larry shared his story with us and at the end, we got to pray for him and his church.

We finished our ministry well by completing the drywall and painting in the church corridor, organizing the kitchen, and finishing the amazing clothes closet. Next, we’ll be cleaning up and preparing for our journey home.

Relationships were formed, congregation and community were very encouraged, lives were changed, and a church was transformed.
