We started the day with the first day of discipleship, we learned why we were saved and what the purpose of being saved is. All the girls from Parrita were confident about how they feel about their new relationship with Jesus!! Yay!

We shared about the BLAZE which is an acronym, each letter stands for something different and we’re going to be learning the meaning and purpose as the days go by!! Today, we did B and L which stand for "Born to be Great" and "Love!" How much Jesus loves us and tells us the purpose of why we were created.

After we shared the word and encouragement, we started the spa night as part of women's ministry!! Pastora Yessenia got a massage and her feet were washed as well and also other women from the community and the church got to enjoy the relaxing part of the day!! We were encouraged and treated as princesses of God!

We visited several houses to deliver food bags as part of a gift from God! We met Mariana, who has a hernia and we prayed over her. We reminded her that for God there is nothing impossible and that He can heal her!!

We gathered around and sang some songs in English and Spanish with people from the church and the community as well. We praised our God and thanked Him for being so good to us!

We continued to study the BLAZE study. We were able to learn the "A" which means that we are "Amazed" because of a great God Who loves us and amazes us every day!! We were created amazingly and fearfully by a perfect God!

We had a great morning in the forest, we shared about the importance of prayer and having communion with God. He really shows Himself and answers our prayers!!

After sharing the importance of prayer and having a close relationship with God, we took communion to remind ourselves of the sacrifice that Jesus did for us on the cross and also to remind us that He’s coming again soon!!

During food distribution, we met this woman who suffered a stroke and is still recovering. She really wanted to get her relationship with Jesus back and that was awesome!! We prayed and helped her to seek Jesus once again!

At the Sunday service night, we were able to worship God and unite ourselves as one body. We sang in English and Spanish and had a precious moment when we surrendered ourselves to God through worship.

We had the chance to share our testimonies with the people from church and the community. We shared about how faithful God has been to us and that He took us away from the dark and takes us to His light and truth.

For our last day of training, we learned Jesus' prayer. How important it is for us to pray to God and how lovely is He who listens to us! Also, when Jesus came to the river, He found John the Baptist. And as you know the story, John had the honor of baptizing Jesus!

We were honored, just like John the Baptist, to lead 7 ladies from our team to be baptized.
They declared they want to step out in faith, believing in Jesus' life, death, and resurrection is true, and knew that they wanted to be reborn in Jesus!

We went to Santa Rita to deliver 10 bags of groceries to the community. We were able to meet amazing people of God, willing to open the doors and receive our prayers for them!

This week, we were able to meet Lidieth. Before we were invited into her home, she was in a lot of pain! After seen many doctors, she found out her pain will not go away.
But guess what?
God did it again!
God is faithful!
And Lidieth was able to walk again! We prayed and God did it! She had faith and so did we.
