Today we joined Pastor Jackson at Enoch Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Not only did we worship alongside their congregation, we joined them for a community event. The event was packed with food, games, and most importantly - fellowship!

After a long journey, we are so excited to be settled into our lodging site for the week! We're expecting God to do amazing things in us and through us this week.

Painting with D.A.R.T

Today we worked with D.A.R.T (Disaster assistance relief team) to paint sheds! We were able to paint two sheds for members of the community and had so much fun doing it!

Building a Ramp

Today we are building a wheelchair ramp at someone’s home! We are working with WARM ministries and learning a lot already.

We were able to get so much done today! We worked hard all day and finished all the supplies.
The Lord gave us a beautiful day and we are thankful to be able to provide someone with a new ramp into her home.
Painting a Church

Today we did three different ministries!
This morning some of us did touch-up work and painted the bathrooms at Columbus Baptist Association. The paint was a little tricky, but with hard work and determined spirits, we were able to complete it. We learned the importance of patience and working together well.
Fixing Gutters

This morning some of us went to a home to repair gutters! It was hard work in the heat, but we loved getting to work alongside our local host and learn some new skills.
Community CPR

For our last ministry of the day, we worked with Community CPR (Connecting People Resources). We did a big variety of tasks including sorting clothes, painting a sign, moving furniture, and preparing items to be handed out. We also got to hear some of our host's testimony and it was so special getting to hear her story.
It was a full day of ministry, but we were so blessed! Thank you for all of your prayers as we worked this week!
Downtown Wilmington

Beach Time!

After a fun morning downtown we are enjoying a beautiful afternoon on at Wrightsville Beach! We are thankful for a day of fun and rest after a hard week of work.
Celebration

We ended our week with a beautiful night of worship and communion. We celebrated all of the things the Lord did in and through us this week and we praised Him for all the goodness yet to come.
