Alive Vineyard

We arrived safely in Alaska and settled into our home for the week at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church! We are excited to worship with our host church in the morning and serve the community of Fairbanks this week!

We loved church this morning and worshiping with our brothers & sisters at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church! Everyone has been so welcoming. Some of our team members shared a song during service too!

Our early morning crew departed for the soup kitchen at 6:45am. We helped serve meals to guests and shared smiles for all!

Some of our crew led worship at the Fairbanks Rescue Mission, prayed with some of the residents, and helped with meal prep. 

We are hard at work at the church with several different projects going on! This team started the day with some insulation.

Yesterday, Wade joined a small group from our Texas missionaries to begin painting the blue trim of a building on a campground. The camp is set to host almost 500 children throughout this summer and will be in use 10/12 months of this year (the other two being completely closed due to large amounts of snow).

No day is complete without a coffee hut run!

Today, most of our team traveled to Denali National Park for a fun day! Some of our team members went to the Chena Hot Springs. We all loved seeing more of this region of Alaska, and we are in awe of God's creation!
