Brown Baptist Church

On the first day we had the opportunity to get a taste of Miami! We visited and dined at a Cuban restaurant called Versailles. It was very tasty! 

On Sunday we visited Haitian Evangelical Baptist Church. Pastor Jackson taught us about perseverance because God is good! 

Our activity for today is dancing and the groups have 5 minutes to get their team together to perform the dance :).

Now we are helping the students identify the goals they want to accomplish during the upcoming school year. We used the acronym V.I.S.A.

Today we went to Chapman’s Shelter, which is a homeless shelter that provides the necessities to survive (food, shelter, water, etc.). They also have a career/employment program so the people who live there can find employment so they can get back on their feet. 

Tonight we are fellowshipping with the youth at Haitian Evangelical Baptist Church! Discussing life goals and setting the foundation to ensure success! 

Today we had the amazing opportunity to serve God's special angels at Browaard Children's home Children's Center then we went to pack up some for the Community of South Florida at Feeding south Florida.
