Benedictine

We arrived safe and sound in Alaska! First thing we do: food. A nearby Wendy's hit the spot. And we bumped into another team that had the same thing on their mind. It was a bright blue pelican party!

This is Radiant Church where we are staying this week. It is located on the East side of Anchorage. The folks who attend are dedicated to creating an atmosphere where people come together and feel connected. They meet in small groups in addition to meeting in church.  The warmth was evident as church members greeted us and welcomed us to their church. They even had a pot luck brunch before the service to encourage fellowship.
