We Are Here!

by A. Buda | July 2, 2011 7:06 PM

....And we're all ready to serve! Today started off with a great time at Liberty Children's Home loving on the children and having fun! We're continuing serving tonight at the youth service at Ladyville Evangelical Church after a delicious dinner together! Pray that we all seek God's will for us individually this week as we serve and minister to the community of Ladyville! God is already moving strongly and we are pumped to see what this week has in store!

God on the Move

by A. Buda | July 4, 2011 1:56 PM

God is already working so much down here and we are all so grateful to be chosen as servants of Him! Sunday morning we joined in the service led by Pastor Diaz of Ladyville Evangelical Church. It was such a great experience and an encouraging start to the day. The church rejoined later that evening for another service led by the team down here. Paige, Daniel and Nathan led us in worship and Adam brought the message. We are all so excited for the rest of this week and cannot wait to see what God has in store! Please keep vacation bible school and our service projects in prayer, and that we can just be a light to all that we come in contact with!

Prayer Walking

While prayer walking on Sunday afternoon, the team all stopped at a park in the community where we made some friends! It was such a great opportunity to tell the young boys about vacation bible school and to make connections with older boys over basketball!

Pastor Diaz

by A. Buda | July 8, 2011 11:01 PM

Pastor Diaz has been such a strong support for us all throughout the entire week. He has been around during vacation bible school and work projects, encouraging us with his joy. This is a man of the Lord, and we are all blessed to be able to serve him and his church.

Relay Races!

by A. Buda | July 8, 2011 11:12 PM

We have all enjoyed doing vacation bible school with all these kids! God has provided us with so many gorgeous faces to love on! With all of these children around, we have all been reminded what it is like to have faith like a child. Here the kids are having some fun in games doing relay races in oversized clothing! We learned a lot from these kids, and we pray that we can continue to seek God with a pure and child-like heart.

A Little Painting...

by A. Buda | July 8, 2011 11:29 PM

This week, the team was able to bless Ladyville Evangelical Church with a fresh coat of paint! This building is now a brighter, more beautiful house of the Lord. We loved giving and being a part of making that happen!

Going Home!

by A. Buda | July 8, 2011 11:38 PM

As the team heads home, we would like to ask you all to continue to pray for us. Our ministry is never over and we want to be servants for God daily. We ask that the Lord put us where our individual gifts are used to their fullest for His glory and that we never forget the time that was spent in Ladyville, Belize. Thank you for all of your support and prayers through this week-long journey. Please continue to encourage us and pray for us to keep growing stronger at home!! The Lord will keep your going out and coming in from this time forth and forevermore. Pslam 121:8

Jesus always had a very special place for children in his 3 years of earthly ministry. And it is right that we do the same. It is so neat to see our youth step out in faith and taking on the belief that God will do something special in them and through them. Melissa and I are praying for each and everyone of you, especially our daughter Vivien. May God bless you all and keep you in His will.
